Food has been a constant in Chef Rhett Russo's life and he realized early on that food brings people together.
More than a gastronomic delight, eating and preparing food became for Russo an avenue to gather friends to share stories and experiences.
And so he became a Chef.

Restaurateur Rhett Russo brings the Parisian “bistronomy” movement -- in which fine-dining cuisine is served in a discordantly modest setting -- to Boston at this hole-in-the-wall former pizzeria space in a Beacon Hill strip mall just south of the Charles River Basin. The talented upstart Russo, oversees the three-course prix fixe meals (entrees include braised beef cheeks with glazed turnips and Idaho ruby trout with red quinoa).
